Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of your order (or of the last item received, in the case of an order with several items delivered separately, notably a combined CLENZA PowerBrush™ + accessories purchase) to exercise your right of withdrawal with CLENZA, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement, by email at contact@clenzashop.com or by using the model withdrawal form below.

Returning Products

In the event of withdrawal, you must return the product(s) to us without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of communicating your decision to withdraw. Products must be returned:

in their original condition, complete (accessories, interchangeable heads, handle, instructions) and in their original packaging where possible;
not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and how they work;
accompanied by a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

Direct return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated on the Site or agreed in advance with our customer service. The return address will be provided by our customer service at contact@clenzashop.com when you request your withdrawal.

Refund

We will refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. This refund may be delayed until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method, and at no cost to you.

Products Damaged or Non-Compliant on Delivery

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact our customer service at contact@clenzashop.com as soon as possible, if possible with a photo of the product and its packaging, so that we can offer you an exchange, repair, or refund, in accordance with the legal warranty of conformity (see our Terms and Conditions of Sale).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed by the Customer after delivery which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, nor for goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
